No Liability for Services
Your use of the Snipe-To-Win software indicates that you understand and agree that Elite Minds Inc and the use of Snipe-To-Win does not guarantee the placement of your bid on eBay. Snipe-To-Win has been thoroughly tested and should work under normal conditions, however, there are many factors outside of our control can interfere with the bid process including but not limited to Internet lag, eBay server problems, problems with your local computer, problems with your connectivity, and the users ability to use the software. Elite Minds Inc disclaims all liability for bids that are scheduled but not placed on eBay. The software is provided AS-IS without warranty.
